360 degrees of clean
Our truck-mounted hot water extraction
equipment, commonly known as steam
cleaning, is the only carpet cleaning
method recommended by all of the major
carpet manufacturers. We inject a
cleaning solution deep into the carpet
fibers, agitate the fibers with a
pile brush, and then fully extract
the cleaning solution along with all
of the soil. Next, thorough rinsing
agents remove all residues, leaving
nothing but fresh, clean carpet.

Our technicians carefully inspect
your carpet and identify any problem

Hot detergents are injected under
pressure to suspend soil and sanitize
carpet fibers. Powerful wet vacuums
remove soil and excess moisture

Our
IICRC Certified technicians can remove
most spots and minimize the appearance
of stains. They first will carefully
identify the type of spot or stain
and then use specialized chemicals
to remove the spot or minimize the
appearance of the stain.

To reduce drying time, our technicians
rotate commercial air dryers from
room to room during the cleaning
process to leave carpets practically
dry.

Once the carpet is sufficiently
dry, our technicians will return
all furniture back to its original
position and place protective materials
under all legs to protect carpet
from dye transfers.

To maximize the beauty of your carpet,
we complete the cleaning process
by using a groomer to carefully
set the carpet pile.

the cleaning is complete, we’ll
conduct a complete post-inspection
of newly cleaned areas and make

The average carpet
is replaced every twelve years even
though it begins to show signs of
poor care within only five years.
The Industry refers to this as “Uglying
Out vs. Wearing Out.” This condition
typically hits heavy use areas called
the traffic lanes first, causing carpet

To understand what
happens to make carpet look dull and

little about how your carpet is made.
As you may already know, most carpet
is made of nylon. That means that
your carpet started out as a pile
of little plastic beads. After the
beads were melted down and drawn into
thin strands, the carpet fibers were
dyed to the basic shade your carpet
is today. Then those fibers were dipped
into another batch of dye - this one
was a special clear dye designed to
fill in any open areas of fiber that
the colored dye didn’t quite
penetrate. That colorless dye is what
makes your carpeting Stain Resistant.
Just before your carpet left the mill
it was treated once more, this time
with a protector like Scotchgard -

One-Year Accidental Spill Warranty
The
most comprehensive warranty in Atlanta
When you purchase 3M Scotchgard™
protection in any carpeted area, you
are protected for an entire year for
clean-up of any accidental oil or
water based food or beverage spills.
If a spot of this type cannot be removed
by applying the complimentary QCare
Spot Out cleaner provided to you on
your last service visit, QCare will
send a certified technician to clean
the spot for you. If the QCare technician
cannot remove the spot for any reason,
QCare will refund the price paid for
protection treatment in that area.
(Please note this will nullify the
warranty in that area.) We have an
extremely high success rate of removing
spills in all carpet areas protected
by 3M Scotchgard™.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Pet stains
- Urine, feces
or vomit stains
- Upholstery, draperies,
or fabrics
- Carpets used
for rental or commercial purposes
- Pre-existing
stains or general soiling
- Substances which
alter or destroy carpet dyes such
as wine, bleaches, plant fertilizers,
acne medications, bodily fluids,
soil filtration, etc.
- Carpets cleaned
by companies other than QCare
- Any carpet not
installed, including area and accent
rugs
- Stains covered
by other warranties
Transfer
of Warranty:
QCare allows a transfer of warranty
upon the following conditions:
1. New property owner must call and
register information with QCare within
30 days of transfer of ownership of
property under warranty
2. New property owner must agree to
all terms of Accidental Food and Beverage
Spill Warranty
