1. Why should I get my carpet cleaned?
While daily vacuuming is the most important cleaning activity, deep extraction cleaning must be performed to remove stubborn or embedded soil. The Carpet and Rug Institute recommends that carpet be dry or wet-extraction cleaned a minimum of every 12 to 18 months before it shows soiling.   • Removes harmful allergens, viruses, and soil. According to the Environmental Protection Agency (www.epa.gov), common biological contaminants include mold; dust mites; pet dander; droppings and body parts from cockroaches, rodents, and other pests or insects; viruses; and bacteria. Many of these contaminants are small enough to be inhaled. Draperies, beddings, carpet, and other areas where dust collects may accumulate biological contaminants.
  • Is recommended or required by major manufacturers’ carpet warranties. Carpet manufacturers' recommend professional carpet cleaning at least every 12-18 months ­ even if they don’t "look" dirty. In fact, most carpet manufacturers require regular, professional carpet cleaning to validate your carpet's warranty. 2. How often should I clean my carpet?
Carpet manufacturers recommend regular cleaning by an IICRC professional every 12-18 months. Homes with pets, children and high traffic generally require more frequent cleaning. Regular cleaning reduces the number of air pollutants that contribute to allergies

3. What does IICRC certification mean?
The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is a non-profit certifying body for the flooring inspection, floor covering and specialized fabric cleaning, and disaster restoration industry. Organized in 1972, the IICRC currently represents more than 3,500 Certified Firms and more than 33,000 Certified Technicians in 30 countries. The IICRC, with participation from the entire industry, sets standards for inspection, cleaning, and disaster restoration. Consumers have assurance that when they hire IICRC-Certified firms or technicians, they have hired experts who will provide reasonable assurance that work will be completed in accordance with the industry's “standard of care.”

4. How quickly can you respond to accidental spills covered under your Spill Warranty?
We can respond to accidental spills covered by our One-Year Accidental Spill Warranty within a couple of days. Our dedicated warranty vehicle is regularly available to ensure all spills are cleaned in a timely fashion. The quicker spills are addressed, the more success we have in removing them. We also give each customer a free bottle of our private label commercial stain remover— Spot Out. It is a very low-residue, neutral PH cleaner that is gentle on carpet yet powerful enough to remove even really tough stains. Simply follow the instructions on the bottle if you have a spill and if you cannot remove the stain with immediate action using the Spot Out we provide you, then call QCarewithin 48 hours of the spill to set up an appointment to have our warranty service van come remove the stain for you.

5. Are pet accidents covered by your One-Year Accidental Spill Warranty?
No. Our FREE warranty that comes with the purchase of 3M Scotchgard™ treatment only covers food and beverage spills. Pet accidents can be very tricky to remove and take special procedures to treat. It would also be nearly impossible to keep up with the demand for pet accidents once they begin in a home. We do, however, try to work with each customer in emergency spill and accident situations to get someone out quickly to have the best chance of removing the substance. Call QCare immediately if you have a spill that you cannot remove with the complimentary bottle of Spot Out that was given to you on your last service visit.

7. How can you afford to give a FREE spill clean-up warranty?

8. Is it true that I can get a FREE lifetime supply of Spot Out stain remover?
We give each customer a complimentary bottle of Spot Out, our commercial strength, low-residue stain remover, on each service visit. If you run out in between service visits, you are welcome to come to our office and trade your empty bottle for a new one free of change. We try to establish a long-term relationship with each client and want to make sure our clients are prepared with an excellent cleaning solution if there is an accidental spill that occurs in between cleanings. So, yes, you can continue to have an endless supply of Spot Out as long as you remain a loyal customer of QCare!

How does your referral program work?
Each time you refer new business to QCare you will be sent a QCare gift certificate for $25 good toward any QCare service. Your friend or family member just has to mention your name when scheduling their first appointment and you will automatically be mailed your gift certificate after the completion of their appointment. Gift certificates are printed and mailed out monthly.
