There are two common methods of window cleaning: hand washing and water-fed pole washing. Hand washing requires that the technician clean each window by hand using solutions, squeegees and hand towels. Water-fed pole washing involves brushing and spraying the windows with a solution from the ground with a long extension pole.
While hand washing takes more time to move and reset ladders, this is the only method used by QCare because it yields far better results, as the technician can easily see what he is doing and ensure that the windows are completely clean.
