Carpet can sometimes develop wrinkles or may buckle over time. Typically, these wrinkles are a result of poor or improper installation and can be corrected. If left uncorrected, they will only worsen over time and can ruin the appearance of your carpet as well as become a trip and fall hazard. Color Repair
The most common culprit attributed to color loss is laundry bleach. Bleach stains occur when common household bleach, or a cleaner containing bleach, has been dripped onto nylon carpet. They will appear gradually as an off white or yellow spot in color. Sunlight can also remove color from the carpet through concentrated exposure, and will appear lighter or may have a slightly green or red appearance. Areas of color loss typically can be corrected to match the surrounding areas through simply adding the missing color components back into the damaged area.
