Trustworthy Technicians
QCare cleaning services are individually managed under three distinct business groups to ensure you are being served by technicians that are specifically trained, certified and equipped for each cleaning service we offer. Carpet and upholstery cleaning is managed by Reggie, window cleaning and pressure washing is managed by Byron, and Maid Services are managed by Debbie – all with over 15 years experience in their respective areas. Our Customer Service reps, led by Kimberly, can assist you with any of our services to ensure a smooth and seamless experience when booking, scheduling and managing your cleaning appointments.
All QCare technicians receive industry-leading training upon hire and continuously throughout their employment. To ensure you receive the best care for your home, we constantly monitor technician performance based on our customers’ feedback and through random in-home quality inspections by our Field Service Supervisor. By performing stringent background checks on all employees we make certain that we are sending trustworthy individuals to service your home. Your safety and comfort are as important to us as your complete satisfaction with the work we perform.
Industry Leading Experience
Our service managers each have over 12 years industry experience and also attend Continuous Education classes to maintain their certifications and stay abreast of current industry practices. The managers oversee the work performed by our technicians, provide formal training classes, and assist with special situations and challenges that are encountered by technicians on the job.

A QCare customer service representative is always available during regular business hours to respond to any client need. They’ll answer any questions about our services, schedule and confirm appointments, handle warranty issues, and dispatch crews to your home on the day of service. We understand that your time is valuable so we strive to schedule appointments at your convenience and diligently monitor our crews to ensure that we arrive on time as promised. Many of our clients need to coordinate appointments with work, school and other commitments and our customer representatives make every effort to coordinate our arrival times to fit your schedule.
