Our commitment to you starts prior to the scheduled service. A QCare customer care representative will call you prior to your scheduled service date to confirm the appointment, the work to be done, and make any adjustments to the work order if necessary. Our dispatcher will contact you thirty minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to advise you of the exact arrival time to avoid having you waiting for us!
Our technicians will perform a detailed pre-inspection prior to the start of service and will review the cleaning process and any special treatment issues with you, a process that makes certain we will meet or exceed your expectations.
Upon completion of the work, our technicians will guide you through a post-inspection of the cleaning, during which time you are encouraged to point out any issues or concerns. To ensure you are completely satisfied, we will contact you the next day to make sure you are pleased with our service and that the appointment went smoothly. If, for any reason, you feel we missed something or failed to meet your expectations, we’ll schedule a re-service at your convenience to resolve any issues.
In addition, for up to thirty days after our work is performed, we will return and re-clean at no additional charge if the service was not performed to your expectations. If after re-cleaning, the result still doesn’t meet expectations, we will offer a 100% refund for the area affected.
